About me, your Coach and Guide, Ena
As someone who has spent years torn between the desire to stay for the sake of my child and saving the family unit…
And the inner calling to go my own way and choose what’s right for me, I know firsthand how heavy that decision can feel.
As a coach, I’ve also spent years supporting ambitious, high-achieving women to reclaim trust in themselves, after years of silencing their needs for the sake of keeping a relationship, business, or image intact.
I do this work because I want it to be all that you need in order to finally take the reigns of your life in its entirety – from the way you respond to having uncomfortable conversations and making difficult decisions, how you process the emotions that come up, to having deep trust and certainty in your decision making.
Because I don’t want you (or any other woman) to spend years of your life stuck in that inner tug-of-war or neglecting your unfulfilled desires.
I’m not here to tell you to leave or to stay – I’m here to help you tune into your intuition, separate it from ego and fear, and uncover the real reasons behind your uncertainty.
Because when you make your decision, whatever it is, I want you to make it with peace in your heart, certainty in your mind, and the deep self-trust that comes from knowing it’s yours.

Give you the tools to be able to sit in the discomfort of acceptance & truth (not the stories you’ve been telling yourself).
To process your emotions (grief, sadness, guilt, shame, anger) that come as a response to it, and to soothe the nervous system
Help you identify the fears and limiting beliefs that are stopping you from looking at your situation with discernment (objectively) and making a decision and taking proactive steps for things to change.
Guide you on how to increase the sense of safety whilst you’re taking the big, bold & expansive action to embody this multifaceted you
Walk with you while you’re making difficult decisions, and remind you of why you’re doing it when things get tough
Help you identify unhealthy coping mechanisms you’re using to deal with the emotions (like avoidance, burying your head in the sand, justifying your partner’s behaviour, while not giving yourself the same grace) and guide you to establish more helpful habits and coping mechanisms.
So that when you stop the old ways of dealing with emotions, you are not left on your own, without any tools, trying to figure out how to deal with them and to have something to help you soothe and process them
